Mishn wants to make the world better. We identify, develop, and scale self-sustaining initiatives to address major global problems. We assemble the greatest talents for the most inspiring missions.
We apply entrepreneurial flair to big problems. We believe in tiny tests, followed by rapid scaling:
First, we read up on problems and brainstorm ways to solve them. Once we have an idea we like, we try to anticipate the most likely reasons for failure.
Then, we perform the cheapest, simplest tests possible to establish whether success is more likely than failure.
Once we’re confident in an idea, it’s time to build and launch version 1. This is also when we start looking for a management team.
We use the learnings from version 1 to iterate, and eventually scale, with the ambition to build world-changing organisations.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world: indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.”
We’re here to make a difference so we only work on projects which wouldn’t happen without us. They’re always ambitious and they’re often risky - we like it that way.
Currently we’re working on major problems affecting older people, young adults, people in Europe, people in Africa, refugees, and more. We aren’t limited by geography or sector. We embrace high and low tech ideas: whatever gets the job done.
We’re a small team of generalists based in London. We look for clever team members with 2-5 years of experience in entrepreneurship or strategy consulting (we will consider other backgrounds if your academic credentials are world class). We prize humility above all other behaviours and we never hire big egos.
